He look to instill discipline, structure, and life skills that will help them be successful not only in school but with future life endeavors. Mikhail Barton benefits are building new bonds and relationships with his athletes, becoming a positive role model to all, being an outlet for those in need. Some of his dislikes are due to being a new program, there isn't complete organization, not having a lot of support from the parents, also not having a big enough budget. “Being able to coach and give back the knowledge I have acquired during my time playing the sport”, he said.

Third interview: Joseph Federico
For my last interview I decided to interview Joseph Federico, the Offensive Graduate Assistant at the University of Jamestown in North Dakota. Coach Federico just graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin in the spring of 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Management and Entertainment. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Leadership at the University of Jamestown. His general responsibility are working specifically with the wide receivers. Then his daily and weekly tasks consist of film breakdown, scouting reports and recruiting. Also coach Federico is in charge of the equipment room, and deal with any on-field equipment issues that may occur. He is employed by the school so that means he will be asked to assist with various athletic department events. The one thing joseph Federico enjoy the most about coaching is that the ability to talk about football all day long. As a former college athlete coaching has helped replace the void that was there once in his days of being a competitive athlete have come to an end. As a coach he has found that the only dislike he has of the job is when you are required to remove an athlete from a team. That is the hardest part about the job is telling a kid that he can no longer be a member of this team. “The opportunity to work with young athletes and watch them grow as athletes as well as humans is a joy”, he said.
